RETURN OF GOODS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days to return the purchased product without giving any reason. Send the parcel back to us at the following address:

Attach to the package:

statement of return
document confirming the purchase (e.g. receipt, transfer confirmation, etc.)

The costs of return are borne by the Buyer.

COMPLAINTS

All products offered by PolyPells.com are new and unused. They are also covered by a two-year complaint period (unless otherwise stated in the product description). The consumer has the right to make a complaint on the basis of the warranty, if the consumer goods are defective.

In order to complain about a product, it should be sent back to the address:

Please attach to the package:

a document confirming the purchase (e.g. receipt, transfer confirmation, etc.)
a description including your details, the name of the product, a description of the problem and your requirements.

Complaints are dealt with within 14 days of receipt of the faulty product. We will inform you of any change in the status of the complaint via e-mail. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be repaired or replaced with another one (of full value), and if this is not possible, we will return the equivalent of the product price.
