A special person has been appointed as the Personal Data Protection Inspector who can be contacted on all issues related to the processing of personal data by the controller. We use your data to contact you in connection with the provision of our services and the processing of orders. We also contact you for information and marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter). We need your data for analytics and in case we need to provide after-sales services (e.g. technical support).

Your data may be used:

- for the performance of the service contract (i.e. order processing, billing, order-related communication). The legal basis for processing this data is that it is necessary for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO).

- in order to handle complaints and other claims (i.e. warranty, guarantee, returns and other claims related to the cooperation). The legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of TRESNO (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in securing information about the cooperation (order history, communication with TRESNO, payments) in order to handle possible claims.

- for analytical purposes The legal basis for processing this data is the legitimate interest of TRESBO (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) consisting in using the analyses for internal reporting and to improve the quality of the services provided.

- in order for TRESNO to direct information and marketing content to you. The legal basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest of TRESNO (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) consisting in the delivery of requested information and marketing content in the form of newsletters, i.e. messages sent electronically containing information on current promotions, offers, competitions and industry news. The processing of your data for this purpose takes place only if you have given your consent to receive them.


We store your data for as long as it is necessary for the above purposes or until you object to its processing. Your objection does not affect the storage of your data by us for the purpose of fulfilling accounting and tax obligations, for as long as these last, and for reasons of legal security until the statute of limitations for possible claims.


You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, please send an email to biuro@tresno.pl.


We share your data only in connection with the services that external entities provide for TRESNO. These entities may gain access to your personal data. The personal data you provide in the course of making purchases may be passed on to the recipients listed below for the purposes necessary to provide the service:

- Courier companies, forwarding companies or other companies providing transport services and carriage of goods - in the case of making a purchase and selecting the form of delivery as shipping, the personal data necessary for the efficient implementation of this shipment will be transferred to the selected entity that will carry out the delivery process

- Companies providing IT services such as suppliers of software used for conducting business activity, hosting providers, however, with the reservation that these entities will process data on the basis of a contract concluded with the controller and in accordance with the guidelines presented by the controller

- Accounting and financial companies providing services to TRESNO

- Companies providing legal services

- Payment operators

- Others who are entitled to receive the data on the basis of current legislation, such as courts of law or other state bodies


At any time you can obtain information on how and to what extent we process your personal data, and you can request to be provided with a copy of your data that we hold. You can request that we correct your personal data (whether your data is incorrect or needs to be corrected), delete it from our system (if we have no grounds to continue processing it), or restrict processing. You can request that your data be transferred to a controller of your choice. We will do this if it is technically possible while maintaining the required security standards.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by TRESNO, you have certain rights in relation to your personal data:

- right of access to your own personal data,
- to request the rectification of your data,
- to withdraw your consent to the processing at any time and to request the erasure of your data (in specific situations),
- to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
- the right to restrict data processing.

The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.

1. the PolyPells.com Service uses Custom Cookies for the following purposes:

A. Configuration of the Service:
I. adjusting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages,
II. recognising the device of a User of the Website and appropriately displaying the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs,

It is possible to configure each Internet browser in such a way as to completely or partially disable the possibility of storing cookies on the hard disk of the computer or other device used for browsing websites. Not accepting cookies does not mean that you cannot use PolyPells.com

Possibility to determine the conditions of storing or accessing by cookies:

The User may change the settings referred to in the previous sentence by means of the settings of the Internet browser or the configuration of the service.
